Skamper-Ramp^® is one of our advertisers and we love promoting their product. We received this press release and thought we should post it, since there is so much emphasis on dog health and safety given the current dog food crisis. The ramp by Skamper-Ramp is a great product and does save the lives of dogs and other animals. DoggyBling.com and Skamper-Ramp^® donated four ramps to PAWS, our local rescue shelter and they were so excited. DoggyBling.com and YRA Gallery donate to PAWS

DoggyBling.com and the YRA Gallery donated $450.00 to the Senior Pets for Senior Citizens program at PAWS (Panhandle Animal Welfare Society) as part of our DoggyModel contest. The program couples older people with older dogs. We think this is a great program and are always ready to help.

Response to Carl Fox

We think this is a good time to post the DoggyBling.com response to an article written by someone we refer to as "Monumental Idiot Carl Fox". (Abbreviated M.I.Carl Fox) M.I. Carl Fox wrote an article after Hurricane Katrina and was appalled that any attention would be given to dogs when there could be people in need. M.I.Carl's article was poorly written, misleading and yes, idiotic. We want you to read his article and then our response, afterwhich we will post M.I. Carl Fox's article in full. The reason we are posting this so long after Katrina is because we are going to write a response to another anti-dog article that was published in the June 27th issue of USA Today. We'll refrain from calling the author of that article names, because it was written by a female and we would only call a man names, or in Carl's case...a male.
